Exchange Policy
All products purchased from our website can be exchanged within 7 days, provided that:- The exchange request is made within the stated time frame.
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The received product(s) differ from the original order.
- Anything is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, or original packing.
Claims can only be entertained if they are made within 7 days of the original order date.
Please call us at +92 329 977 1111 within 7 days after order delivery to raise a dispute. LOOMIS OFFICIAL will review each dispute on an individual basis to ensure fairness for both parties.Once the item is received, our team will assess the damage, and after the dispute is settled fairly, we will issue a replacement of the same value as the product mentioned in the invoice and send it to the buyer’s address.

Customer Responsibilities for Exchanges
In case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs. -
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
- Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Unstitched articles that have been stitched will not be entertained for exchange.
- Wedding Wear and Couture dresses cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
- Luxe Fabric once purchased, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. However, instead of a refund, a coupon of the same value will be provided, which can be used for purchases on LOOMIS OFFICIAL within the next 60 days. -
